Initial Wash & Co-Washing
Always inspect your hair first. Before installing, co-wash (wash with conditioner only) each bundle in lukewarm water. This wakes up the natural wave or curl pattern and locks in essential moisture.
Always stroke downwards from weft to ends. Never ball up or scrub the hair vigorously, which causes friction tangling.

Deep Conditioning & Moisture Retention
Raw hair is no longer attached to a living scalp producing natural sebum, so hydration is the key to longevity. Treat your hair to a deep conditioning mask every 2 to 3 weeks.
Apply a generous amount of moisturizing conditioner from mid-lengths to ends. Leave on for 20-30 minutes under a shower cap or warm towel before rinsing thoroughly with cool water to seal the cuticles.
Drying & Heat Protection
Air drying is always best for raw temple hair. Gently blot out excess moisture with a microfiber towel or cotton t-shirt. Avoid aggressive rubbing.
If heat styling is required, always apply a high-grade thermal heat protectant spray beforehand. Keep flat irons and curlers below 380°F (190°C) to prevent thermal damage.
Nighttime Protection Routine
Never sleep on wet raw hair. Before bed, brush through with a paddle brush or wide-tooth comb. Put your hair in 2 or 3 loose twists or braids to keep the waves intact and prevent nighttime friction.
Always wrap your hair with a 100% mulberry silk or satin bonnet, or sleep on a silk pillowcase to prevent moisture absorption and shedding.
