Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Silky Fusion LLC, we take pride in the quality of our raw human hair products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Refund

We accept refund requests only in the case of products that are damaged or defective upon delivery, though our live approvals via video calls policy makes the process very transparent. All claims must be raised within 7 working days from the date of delivery.

How to Raise a Claim

  1. Email us at info@silkyfusion.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic or video evidence of the damage/defect.
  2. Our team will review your claim within 3-5 working days.
  3. Upon approval, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Products that have been used, washed, chemically treated, or altered in any way.
  • Claims raised after 7 working days of delivery.
  • Dissatisfaction due to personal preference, color variation, or texture (as raw hair is a natural product and slight variations are inherent).
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • To cancel, contact us immediately at info@silkyfusion.com with your order details.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
